The following policies in the information below apply to all JM Web Design account holders.

Refund Guidelines

In order to successfully obtain refund, all cancellation requests must be submitted via the Online Support Center within the first 30 calendar days of service. 

Once the cancellation request is validated, your account charges will be refunded according to the terms of this policy, no questions asked.

Refund Guidelines Only applies to shared hosting accounts.

Refund Guidelines All requests for account cancellations **must be** submitted as a support request via the Online Support Center. We DO NOT accept account cancellation requests to be submitted by telephone.

Domain Fees

Domain registration fees will be deducted from any eligible refund. This is a necessity to prevent individuals from ordering our services then later cancel for the purpose of obtaining a domain registration at our expense.

 

Important:

Please review our policies, it is your responsibility to make an informed decision. Any account on our servers may be cancelled at our discretion for violating the acceptable use policy. If in doubt, submit a support ticket and we will gladly answer your questions!
